The studio is south facing, with high ceilings and great natural light.

The space has three different walls: exposed brick, plain white wall, & white panel wall with frosted window. There is also a backdrop roller system with three backdrop over the LED Light wall!

How to use the space:

Sunlynn Studios is not only perfect for photographers, but content creators, podcasts, classes and so much more!

What will you create?

How does it work?

• Rent for 1 hour, 2 hours, half day or all day!
• Move anything and everything around to make the space what you would like it! But, please leave the space how you found it.
• No smoking or vaping of any kind in the building
• No use of flames or candles in the space.
• Carry in, carry out. Feel free to use the trash can in the room, but please take the trash bag with you if you throw away diapers, spill cleanups, food, or beverages.
• Music should be kept at a reasonable level to not disturb the other businesses in the building.
• If you need cleaning supplies, they are located in the hall closet.
• Please let me know if anything needs to be attended to after your rental.
